Refund Policy: North Carolina attorney’s are prohibited from guaranteeing the outcome of a case but we can guarantee our client’s reasonable satisfaction with our services. Upon written request, any unearned legal fee will be refunded and any already earned legal fee will be evaluated for refund on a case by case basis. Note: some fees are non-refundable such as fees for Divorce Forms or Non-Refundable Retainers. You will be notified upfront if a fee is non-refundable.
